The mission of Barkada Consulting Network, LLC is to support difference-makers to strengthen their
capacity to build effective, inclusive, and caring communities through customized and engaged
training, facilitation, organization development, coaching, and resources.

Barkada is the Tagalog/Pilipino word for a “group of friends” or as we like to call it, our “community circle.”
To us, barkada represents the ideals of friendship as well as the most genuine form of interaction with those
around us. Our constantly growing barkada keeps us energized and focused on the commitments we make
as we engage in the work of empowering individuals and groups for socially good and socially just purposes.
